Ingredients: Organic Elderberries, Apple Cider Vinegar & Honey

Directions for Use: Take 1–2 full droppers (approx. 1-2 ml) daily for general immune support. At the first sign of cold or flu, take up to 3 times per day. Squeeze directly onto the tongue or add to a splash of warm water or tea
